Attorney Lucia Occhiuto has developed extensive experience in the Corporate M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital sectors, having worked for over fifteen years at the most prestigious Italian and International Law Firms, alongside professionals considered among the best specialists in the field. She has a proven track record of professional assistance in M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions. Her clients include major investment funds, industrial groups, companies, prominent startups in the Italian market, and their Founders.
In addition to her fifteen years of experience at leading Italian and international law firms (Gianni & Origoni and Cappelli Riolo, Calderaro, Crisostomo, Del Din), she served for approximately two years as in-house M&A counsel for TeamSystem S.p.A., an Italian company specializing in the development and distribution of software for businesses and professionals.
She graduated in Law, magna cum laude, from Bocconi University in Milan in 2009 and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since January 2012.

Attorney Alecsia Pagani has a solid background in Industrial and Intellectual Property and Competition Law, developed at the boutique firm of one of Italy’s leading experts in the field.

She also has experience in Communication and Advertising Law, particularly on issues relating to green claims and sustainability.
She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Parma.
She is a speaker at conferences and author of numerous publications in specialized journals, particularly “Il Diritto Industriale”, for which she has been writing since 2011, focusing on patent issues, design, and trade secret protection, and for which she supports the Scientific Board.
She is an active member of the main national Associations for the protection of intellectual property; in 2022 she joined the Industrial and Intellectual Property Commission and the Civil Law and Civil Procedure Commission of Agam (Young Lawyers Association of Milan), and since 2023 she has also been appointed to the Industrial and Intellectual Property Commission established within the Milan Bar Association.

She has collaborated with leading Italian law firms – including Carnelutti Law Firm and Andersen Tax, Legal & Corporate Finance – acquiring specific expertise also in sustainability and corporate responsibility matters, with a particular focus on benefit corporations, sustainability reports and CSRD regulations. She has also contributed to the drafting of scientific publications on insolvency law and sustainable development.
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan with a thesis in commercial law on the duties of directors in Corporate Social Responsibility, Joint-Stock Companies and Benefit Corporations, and has been admitted to the Bar since December 2022.

She graduated with honours in Law from the University of Naples Federico II, subsequently developing advanced expertise in civil law, corporate law and succession matters through notarial training.
She worked with ZNR notai, a leading national notary firm, where she acquired specific expertise in corporate matters. She subsequently enriched her experience in the corporate sector, working at Eni S.p.A., an internationally renowned industrial group, and at Satispay, a fintech company, strengthening her skills in corporate secretarial management, corporate transactions and corporate governance.
She speaks Italian and English and lives in Milan.
She is a passionate and determined professional, with a natural inclination for in-depth analysis and attention to detail. She loves travelling and discovering new places and cultures, convinced that, in life as in work, it is always possible to go a little further.

Erika Brambilla

Dr. Erika Brambilla graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2025, defending a thesis in Civil Law entitled “The Circulation of Cultural Property”, with particular focus on the implications of technological innovations and the role of instruments such as blockchain and NFTs in the art market.
She is an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), Milan chapter, through which she participated in study abroad programs in Sweden and Portugal.
She speaks Italian and English. She lives in Milan.
