In addition to fifteen years of experience in the most important international Italian law firms (Studio Legale Gianni & Origoni and Studio Legale Cappelli Riolo, Calderaro, Crisostomo, Del Din), he has been an in-house M&A consultant for TeamSystem S.p.A., an Italian company that develops and markets software for businesses and professionals, for about two years.
She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the L. Bocconi Commercial University of Milan in 2009 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2012.

He has also participated in the editing of scholarly publications on insolvency law and sustainable development.
She received her law degree from the University of Milan with a dissertation in business law on the duties of directors in Corporate Social Responsibility, Joint Stock Companies and Benefit Societies and has been a registered lawyer since December 2022.
